A suspension blade head design allows the Brigade Blade to swim at any speed extremely well due to the fact it does not need tension from the line to active the swim action. This additionally allows the bait to swim on the decent or slack line. Making yo-yo'ing this bait extremely effective. Due to the frame being rigid holding the blade, this acts as a weedgaurd against wood making it much more weedless than traditional bladed jigs. Strategically placed beads on the frame cause the blade to strike during movement, acting as a rattle and further drive big fish to bite.
